Xenah Dev Portal

This app serves as a centralized hub to increase a startup's efficiency in connecting student developers to real client projects. It allows the administrators of the startup to quickly scan through their developers to see their information and easily pair them to projects that they can add to the website. The client projects they add are also viewed by developers through another log-in option. Developers can search and apply to projects.

Process

This project was completed in five weeks, with two client meetings each week in a team of six. The team rotated programming every 15 minutes, which allowed me to code both the front and back end. I used Figma to mock up the UI layout of a page the team was unclear about and needed to clarify with the client. I played roles in many features but thoroughly enjoyed and learned most from filtering, displaying admin notes, account authentication, and authorization.

Success Metrics

We kept track of all the client expectations through a shared Trello and were able to produce a final product that met all the expectations. The clients were satisfied by the end of the project.
